App does not open on my Android phone. have installed, removed and reinstalled and fails to function.

I often can't open work items or docs on my phone while at the same time other things work so I know the app is not frozen. This is very frustrating
Sign-in was very frustrating. Had to contact Constomer Services several times. Finally was granted access just to find nothing. FAQ- empty. Community info- empty, other important info- empty.
Enjoy very much. I don't have to rely on my computer. Love app support. Very pleased.
One of the weakest portals I've ever used
FrontSteps is the most useless community app I've ever seen. It does not function more than just allowing "pushes" from our property manager - everything else is either broken or so hard to use there is no point! My community gave up on it right away, it stinks so badly. It was supposed to make communication easier, but it not only made it harder, but made our community lose faith in our Board and our property management company for even rolling it out. I'm sorry we ever tried.
